Frederik Darger Johansen & Nicolai Suwinai Nielsen are the founders of OLIOLI – one of Denmark’s most successful poke bar chains. Frederik and Nicolai embarked on their journey nearly seven years ago, starting with a single poke bar in Frederiksberg. Their venture has grown into a successful chain of 11 poke bars across Denmark. Frederik is a self-taught entrepreneur, while Nicolai holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and philosophy from CBS. Together, they have a vision – to create joy between food and people.
