Female Leadership Academy aspires to empower female leadership and help future female leaders maximize their own potential in order to expand diversity on the career track and ultimately in top management and other leadership positions.
Through a series of workshops, Female Leadership Academy will provide the attendees with a comprehensive leadership tool-box, and seek to empower and inspire future female leaders, by inspiring to appropriate self-promotion, by improving motivation and skills, and by addressing the barriers that many women meet when seeking a career. Furthermore, the Female Leadership Academy wishes to provide an opportunity to be inspired by successful women from various business segments and to meet like-minded and ambitious fellow students.
