Overview and acceptance

These terms apply to all purchases, memberships, event tickets, merchandise, academies, and community participation via FLA’s website, webshop, and digital platforms. By signing up, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

FLA is a Danish non-commercial association (“forening”).

 

Scope of offerings

We offer:

  • Event tickets (physical/virtual events)
  • Merchandise (apparel, accessories)
  • Academies and Memberships (digital courses, premium community access)

Pricing is shown in DKK and NOK and includes VAT unless otherwise stated.

 

Memberships

  • Membership plans grant access to exclusive content, community features, and recurring services.
  • Memberships are billed as specified during signup (e.g., monthly, annually).
  • Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Cancellation can be done via your account settings. No partial refunds are offered for unused periods.
  • Members gain access immediately upon payment. By doing so, you consent to waive the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content.

 

Payments and methods

Accepted payment methods:

  • Dankort / Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • MobilePay
  • Klarna (including “Buy Now, Pay Later” and split payments)

All transactions occur via secure, PCI-compliant third-party PSPs. FLA never stores payment details.

Note on Klarna: When choosing Klarna, a separate agreement is formed directly between you and Klarna, subject to Klarna’s terms and conditions.


Ordering, confirmation and delivery

  • Confirmations are emailed upon purchase.
  • Event tickets are delivered digitally.
  • Digital content (academies/memberships) grants immediate access upon purchase.
  • Merchandise ships within 5-10 business days in the EU. Shipping costs shown at checkout.

 

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Merchandise: 14-day right of withdrawal per Danish Consumer Contracts Act.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us by email (contact@fla-leadership.com) within 14 days after receiving the item.
  • Merchandise must be returned unused and in original packaging.
  • Returns should be sent to: Rovsingsgade 68, 2100 Copenhagen Ø, Denmark.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.

 

Event tickets: No withdrawal right.

Digital content (academies/memberships): No withdrawal right after access begins; users explicitly waive this right.


Member conduct and account use

  • Users must provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure.
  • Content shared must comply with community guidelines; FLA reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate policies.
  • Prohibited uses include: harassment, hate speech, illegal content, spamming, and commercial advertising (unless agreed to).
  • FLA may modify or remove content and features at any time.

 

Intellectual property

All site and community content (text, media, design, trademarks) is FLA’s property. Members get a personal, non-transferable license for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited.

 

Liability and disclaimers

  • FLA provides services “as-is.” Event formats may change.
  • FLA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Liability for personal injury, death, or gross negligence is not excluded.
  • FLA is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure, e.g., strikes, pandemics, IT outages).

 

GDPR and privacy

We process personal data per the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act.

  • FLA acts as data controller for personal data collected via our platforms.
  • Payment service providers, community platforms, and other partners may act as independent controllers or processors.

Third parties

Links to partner sites or payment providers are not regulated by FLA. Consult their terms for further information.

 

Dispute resolution

Consumer complaints can be filed with:

  • EU ODR Platform http://ec.europa.eu/odr

 

Governing law

This agreement is governed by Danish law. Disputes must be resolved through Danish courts.

 

Updates and changes

FLA may update these terms. Changes will be posted on the site, and continued use implies acceptance.
