This lack of including cognitive diversity hinders innovation, performance, and knowledge growth.
Consequently, our mission has expanded to not only highlight these disparities but also to unlock this untapped potential, fostering a more inclusive and dynamic future for leadership across all sectors.

Only 7 per cent of all CEOs in Denmark are women
There are only 2 female CEOs in the 43 largest Danish listed companies
of Fortune 500 CEOs are women. That’s 51 women, only 3 of which are black
According to UN Women’s most recent report, at the current rate of progress, it will take 286 years for the world to achieve gender equality
Women globally earn around 37% less than men in similar roles

Sumit Sudan
Partner at Deloitte Denmark
Sumit Sudan is a Partner at Deloitte Denmark with more than 20 years of experience advising multinational and listed companies. He leads Deloitte’s Large & Complex audit practice and is recognised for his expertise in business transformation, governance, and strategic leadership. Sumit is passionate about developing future talent and driving innovation within the professional services industry, with a strong focus on creating long-term value for organisations and society.
Ida B. Kongsted
CEO of Dansk Selskab for Virksomhedsledelse (VL Groups)
Ida Bratting Kongsted is the CEO of Dansk Selskab for Virksomhedsledelse (VL Groups), where she leads efforts to promote responsible leadership and foster dialogue among top business and political leaders in Denmark. With extensive board experience and a commitment to sustainable business practices, she plays a key role in shaping leadership development. Ida’s educational background includes an Executive Management Programme from INSEAD, a program at The Wharton School, and a Board Governance certification from CBS, along with an HD(O) from Copenhagen Business School.
Casper Kirketerp-Møller
Co-founder of Clever
Casper Kirketerp-Møller co-founded and led Clever, Denmark’s leading electric mobility company, as CEO from its founding in 2009 until June 2026. He has been instrumental in accelerating the green transition through innovative charging solutions and forward-thinking business models, growing Clever into Denmark’s largest charging operator. Casper is widely recognised for his human-centred leadership approach and for pioneering new organisational structures built on trust, transparency, and shared leadership. He is a strong voice in sustainable transformation and the future of modern organisations.
Natasha Brandt
CCO of Dansk Erhverv
Natasha Brandt is Chief Commercial Officer at Dansk Erhverv and former CEO of Saxo.com. She brings extensive experience in digital business models, transformation, and commercial leadership. Natasha has led the growth and transformation of several leading digital platforms, with a strong focus on subscription businesses, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making. She also serves on several boards, including as Chair of Boligsiden.dk, where she brings a strong strategic and commercial perspective.
Jan Simonsen
Country General Manager at Salesforce Denmark.
Jan Simonsen is the Country General Manager for Salesforce Denmark, leading the team since 2023. With over two decades of experience in executive leadership, he has previously held senior positions at Oracle and IBM. Jan specializes in sales execution, business optimization, and organizational change, having driven high-performance teams and strategic growth initiatives across industries. His education includes an MBA from Henley Business School and leadership programs at Harvard Business School.
Gertie Find Laerkholm
Managing Partner of BCG Denmark
Gertie Find Laerkholm is the Managing Partner of BCG Denmark, with over 12 years at Boston Consulting Group. She specializes in transforming global consumer and retail businesses, combining strategic insights with hands-on execution. Her leadership style is deeply rooted in care, diversity, and an international perspective shaped by time spent in China, India, the UK, and Australia. Gertie holds an MBA from London Business School and has prior leadership experience at A.P. Moller – Maersk across various regions.
Britta Korre Stenholdt
CEO of STARK Denmark
Britta brings more than eight years of leadership experience to the position. Before stepping into the role of CEO, she served as the Chief Sales Officer at STARK and has a wealth of expertise in business strategy, B2B, and commercial disciplines. In addition to her role at STARK, Britta serves on the board of InstallatørGruppen, holds the position of Vice Chair and board member at DI – Dansk Industri, DI Byggeri, and presides as Chair in DI Handel.
