Who are you?
You’re passionate about events and relationship-building, and you’re not afraid to think creatively. Experience in event management, communications or partnerships is a bonus, but most importantly, you’re eager to learn and committed to supporting FLA Leadership’s mission to increase diversity in leadership.
Your Role
As our Malmö Networks Associate, you’ll help create inspiring experiences for our FLA community by coordinating 2-4 engagement events per year and nurturing partnerships with local organisations. You’ll also collaborate with our Marketing team to promote the Malmö chapter and ensure alignment with other FLA activities.
Time Commitment
Approximately 5–10 hours per week, depending on event cycles, organisational needs and your personal schedule (e.g. exams, work, holidays).
The Team
You’ll be part of our International Networks team — a group of driven young professionals working to expand the FLA network beyond our Students and Professionals Academies.
