Who are we?
At FLA Leadership, we are on a mission to increase cognitive diversity in leadership. Through academies, events, and networking initiatives, we support students and young professionals in developing their skills and connecting with organisations and role models.
Our Marketing function plays a central role in strengthening FLA’s visibility and ensuring our activities are communicated professionally and consistently across Denmark.
Your Role
As Marketing Associate in Aalborg, you will drive local marketing initiatives and strengthen FLA’s presence in the region through engaging and high-quality content.
You will take ownership of campaigns and communication for local Academies and events, ensuring strong visibility while aligning with FLA’s national brand standards. You will work closely with the Aalborg team and collaborate with Marketing colleagues in Copenhagen and Aarhus to ensure clarity and consistency.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns for local initiatives
- Creating and publishing content across our digital channels
- Showcasing ongoing activities and strengthening FLA’s brand presence in Aalborg
- Coordinating messaging across teams to ensure professional and structured communication
- Contributing to continuous improvement of local marketing efforts
Through your work, you will help position FLA clearly and professionally, supporting both local growth and national visibility.
Who Are You?

Experience with social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is a plus. Most importantly, you are motivated to contribute to FLA’s mission and strengthen our local presence in Aalborg.
The Team
You will be part of the Aalborg team while also collaborating closely with Marketing colleagues in Copenhagen and Aarhus. We work across teams with openness and mutual support, ensuring that FLA’s communication remains consistent and professional nationwide.
Time Commitment
We expect approximately 5-10 hours per week, depending on workload and other commitments.
