You’re a creative and proactive communicator with an eye for opportunities and a talent for building connections. You enjoy following media trends, crafting compelling stories, and creating visibility for causes you believe in.
You might have experience or studies in communications, journalism, marketing, or public relations — but most importantly, you’re excited to help FLA share its mission with the world and increase the visibility of women in leadership.
Your Role
As our PR Associate, you’ll play a key role in building and growing FLA’s brand presence. You’ll help execute our public relations strategy, manage relationships with media and influencers, and find creative ways to tell the stories behind FLA’s initiatives and impact.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and executing FLA’s PR strategy to strengthen brand awareness and visibility
- Identifying and pitching media opportunities that highlight FLA’s mission and initiatives
- Building and maintaining relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers
- Collaborating with the Marketing & PR team to uncover new storytelling angles
- Acting as a point of contact for external media inquiries and partnership communications
- Be part of planning FLA’s presence at Folkemødet.
Time Commitment
Approximately 5–10 hours per week, depending on campaign timelines and ongoing projects. Workload may vary during event or campaign periods.
The Team
You’ll join the Marketing & PR Team, working closely with the Head of Marketing and other creative professionals dedicated to increasing FLA’s impact and visibility. Together, you’ll craft engaging narratives that inspire change and highlight the voices of women in leadership.
