Thank you for an inspiring Folkemøde 2025! 💡💡

For the first time, Female Leadership Academy had the opportunity to attend this years Folkemøde.

Maria Anker Andersen respresented FLA in “En snak om ledelse – fordomme & fakta” and we hosted FLARUNS, followed by a great conversation with Pernille Erichsen on the future of leadership. 🌱

Happy to have met so many passionate speakers, partners, and professionals working for diversity, inclusion, and intergenerational leadership.

Here are three short takeaways from our events:

🚀 “En snak om ledelse”: the first manager is decisive for whether you wish to seek leadership yourself, and whether you aspire to become a leader. Role models are necessary to create leadership in diverse forms.

🚀 FLARUNS x Pernille Erichsen: if the leader doesn’t thrive, the team won’t either, leadership well-being matters.

🚀 “Fordomme & Fakta om fremtidens arbejdsstyrke”: we should see neurodiversity as a superpower, and we need inclusive workplaces to unlock the full talent pool.

We are excited to continue bulding diverse leadership pipelines and guide the future generation of leaders to build innovation, diverse teams, and grow organizations.
