The Role
As Partnerships Director, you will drive FLA Leadership’s commercial B2B strategy and operations.
You will work closely with the CEO to strengthen revenue streams, scale partnerships, and build a high-performing sales approach across programs, memberships, and strategic collaborations.
This is both a strategic and operational role, requiring leadership, structure, and active involvement in sales execution. You will essentially do everything from outreach to participating in network events.
Time Commitment
Approximately 24 hours per week, depending on ongoing initiatives.
This is a part time paid position with commission, where compensation is directly linked to the sales and partnerships you create and close. The role is ideal for someone motivated by performance and impact.
