The Role

As a Strategy Consultant, you will act as an in-house advisor to FLA leadership and a problem-solving partner to teams across the organization. You will work on high-priority projects related to growth, program strategy, operating models, and long-term strategy translating analysis into actions, ensuring alignment between teams and supporting the implementation of new initiatives. 

This is a hands-on role where your ability to think clearly, work independently, collaborate across teams, and deliver leadership-ready PowerPoint presentations will be critical.

You will contribute to shaping how FLA evolves and scales, while strengthening your own strategic, analytical, and communication skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as an in-house strategy consultant to FLA leadership on key business and organizational questions
  • Conducting structured research and analysis to support strategic decisions and understand challenges, opportunities, and trade-offs
  • Translate analysis and findings into clear, concise, and leadership-ready PowerPoint presentations
  • Take ownership of strategic initiatives from scoping and analysis to delivery and follow-up
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, operations, finance, and programs
  • Engage with external partners when relevant to support strategic initiatives
  • Monitor progress and support implementation, adjusting recommendations as neede

Time Commitment

Approximately 5–10 hours per week, depending on ongoing strategic projects. The workload may vary during periods of major initiatives or decision-making.

The Team

You’ll join the Strategic Projects Team, a small, high-impact team working directly with FLA leadership on the most important strategic questions. You’ll gain close exposure to decision-making at the core of FLA and collaborate with teams across the organization.
