You might have experience or interest in business, partnerships, communication, or leadership development — but above all, you’re motivated by creating opportunities and building networks that support women in leadership.
Your Role
As our Strategic Projects Associate, you’ll play an important role in strengthening FLA’s position and expanding its network of partners, mentors, and leaders across Denmark. You’ll help design and deliver initiatives that bring FLA closer to its mission of increasing diversity in leadership and empowering women to be visible, connected, and influential.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with influential leaders, experts, and partners
- Supporting the execution of strategic projects and collaborations across FLA
- Identifying and approaching guest speakers, mentors, and partners for events and academies
- Researching and developing new initiatives to expand FLA’s network and visibility
- Assisting with event coordination, logistics, and relationship management
Time Commitment
Approximately 5–10 hours per week, depending on ongoing projects and events. The workload may vary during key initiatives or collaboration periods.
The Team
You’ll join the Strategic Projects Team, a group of driven young professionals focused on building FLA’s external presence and long-term partnerships. You’ll collaborate closely with FLA’s leadership, marketing, and operations teams to strengthen our network and increase our impact.
