The Role
As Sales Lead, you will own and drive FLA Leadership’s commercial sales strategy.
You will work closely with the CEO to strengthen revenue streams, scale partnerships, and build a high-performing sales approach across programs, memberships, and strategic collaborations.
This is both a strategic and operational role, requiring leadership, structure, and active involvement in sales execution.
Time Commitment
Approximately 15 hours per week, depending on ongoing initiatives.
This is a commission-based role, where compensation is directly linked to the sales and partnerships you create and close. The role is ideal for someone motivated by performance and impact.
