Your Role

As our People & Culture Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, and engagement processes for FLA’s volunteers. You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of People & Culture and team leads across the organisation to ensure that every volunteer has a positive and empowering experience at FLA.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting recruitment processes by identifying team needs, writing role descriptions, and coordinating with Marketing on promotion
  • Organising onboarding sessions for new volunteers and ensuring a smooth start to their journey at FLA
  • Managing engagement initiatives such as check-ins, satisfaction surveys, and volunteer development activities
  • Assisting with policies, volunteer agreements, and other people-related procedures
  • Contributing ideas to strengthen FLA’s culture, volunteer experience, and internal communication

Time Commitment

Approximately 5–10 hours per week, depending on recruitment and onboarding cycles. The workload may vary during planning and event periods.

The Team

You’ll join the People & Culture Team in Copenhagen, working closely with the Head of People & Culture and other volunteer leaders across Denmark. Together, you’ll ensure FLA remains a welcoming, inspiring, and high-performing organisation that empowers women in leadership.
