You’ll be joining our Aarhus Operations team of young professionals who drive the FLA Professionals Academy forward. We value experience in event planning, coordination, or project management, but above all, we value enthusiasm, ownership, and a genuine interest in developing leadership and diversity.

Your Role

As our Operations Associate in Aarhus, you’ll help plan and deliver the FLA Professionals Academy, one of FLA’s main programs consisting of six workshops over 2–3 months. You’ll be involved in:

  • Designing and developing workshop content
  • Communicating with participants, speakers, and partners
  • Creating learning materials
  • Representing FLA at relevant events
  • Supporting smooth coordination across all academy activities

You’ll also work closely with other Aarhus-based teams, including Student operations, Marketing and the active  Community Team, to ensure alignment and visibility of the Professionals Academy within the wider FLA network.

Time Commitment

Approximately 5–10 hours per week, depending on the workload and academy schedule. This may vary during planning and delivery periods.

The Team

You’ll join our Aarhus Operations Team, a group of passionate young professionals volunteering at FLA to deliver high-quality learning experiences. You’ll also collaborate with other FLA teams across Denmark.
