Who are we
At FLA Leadership, we’re on a mission to increase diversity in leadership. We launched our first Academy back in 2020, and since then we’ve helped over +5000 students and professionals develop their leadership skills and get a head-start in their careers.
The role
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Marketing function in Aarhus. As Marketing Team Lead, your primary responsibility is to create direction, structure, and accountability within the team. You will set strategic priorities, define clear goals, and oversee the content plan and campaign activities to ensure marketing supports and accelerates FLA Leadership Aarhus’ growth. You will create clarity around roles and expectations, strengthen collaboration across teams, and ensure that communication is professional, consistent, and aligned with our overall brand standards. Your focus is to build a strong, well-functioning marketing team that operates with structure and high quality.

Tasks
You will lead the Marketing team by setting direction, defining priorities, and ensuring clear processes and supporting the team in elevating FLA´s brand. You will oversee planning and coordination of marketing initiatives, fostering creativity, ensuring timely execution and consistent quality. You will serve as the main point of contact within the team, facilitate collaboration, and optimize workflows as the organisation grows. In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening the Marketing function in Aarhus, ensuring it scales in a structured and sustainable way.
Time
We expect you to be able to dedicate approx. 5-10 hours per week. This will vary depending on the workload in the organisation and your other responsibilities.
