Your Role
As the Head of People & Culture, you’ll help shape the volunteer experience at FLA—from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and culture-building. You’ll be part of our CXO team, contributing to FLA’s overall strategy from a people perspective and ensuring that our community feels connected, motivated, and empowered.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading recruitment cycles and collaborating with team heads to identify talent needs
- Developing role descriptions and promoting open positions together with the Marketing Team
- Hosting onboarding sessions and welcoming new members to the organisation
- Planning and delivering FLA’s internal events, including our Summer and Christmas parties
- Managing engagement initiatives and satisfaction surveys to strengthen our community
Time Commitment
Approximately 5–10 hours per week, depending on recruitment cycles and event schedules. The workload may vary during onboarding and event planning periods.
The Team
You’ll join FLA’s Leadership Team, working closely with the CEO, team heads, and volunteers across Denmark. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that everyone at FLA has a great experience, feeling valued, connected, and aligned with our mission to increase diversity in leadership.
