Role Purpose & Objectives
Are you a strong communicator with a passion for purpose-driven work and the intersection between commercial and partnerships? Do you thrive when building relationships, crafting compelling narratives, and identifying commercial opportunities for growth? We’re looking for a Head of Funding & Partnerships to help us take our impact to the next level.
In this role, you’ll be at the intersection of fundraising, communications, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll work closely with our leadership and program teams to tell our story, attract new funding, and nurture the relationships that sustain our mission.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Developing and executing fundraising strategies, including identifying and applying for grants, donor outreach, and reporting nationally/internationally.
- Crafting clear, engaging communication materials, powerpoint slides and budgets in excel – from funding proposals to sponsor updates.
- Strengthening our stakeholder relationships with the funds through effective communication, coordination, and follow-up.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for this role has:
🎓 Education: Studying BA/MA or work full time/part time in related field
📌 Experience: Have experience writing funding applications – or are eager to learn.
🌍 Languages: Ability to write in Danish and English is a requirement
Time
For this role, we expect you to commit to approx. 8 – 12 hours per week. This will vary depending on the workload in the organisation and other responsibilities.
