Are you an event-loving individual who likes to build networks and make valuable connections? Do you enjoy planning events, connecting with stakeholders, and delivering a high-quality experience to customers? Then you might be our new Events Associate!

Who are you?

You are passionate about event management and nurturing relationships, and are not afraid to think outside the box. We value relevant experiences and studies, but most importantly, we expect you to be driven to learn and support Female Leadership Academy in our mission to increase diversity in leadership. 

Tasks

In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting our Events team to create engaging experiences for our FLA community through the delivery of networking events and valuable partnerships. You will also collaborate closely with our Marketing team to build promotional strategies for each event and maintain harmony with the other FLA Leadership activities.

Time

We expect approximately 5-10 hours a week to be dedicated to your FLA tasks. This will vary depending on the workload in the organisation, your exam periods, and other responsibilities.

The team

You will be joining our Event team, which is responsible for nurturing our industry connections and building our FLA network beyond our Students and Professionals Academies. This is a team consisting of young professionals who are dedicated to the FLA mission.
