Tasks
In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting our Events team to create engaging experiences for our FLA community through the delivery of networking events and valuable partnerships. You will also collaborate closely with our Marketing team to build promotional strategies for each
event and maintain harmony with other FLA Leadership activities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Brainstorming and developing the content & strategy for the events at SDU, Odense
- Reaching out and signing with partners to sponsor and deliver the events (including suppliers such as catering, venue, photographers etc.)
- Helping with planning and organising events at SDU
- Collaborating with the Marketing team in order to promote events
- Possibility to moderate and present during panel discussions
- Collecting data on attendance & participant satisfaction in order for the team to continuously improve
Time Commitment
We expect approximately 5 hours a week to be dedicated to your FLA tasks. This will vary depending on the workload in the organisation, your exam periods, and other responsibilities.
The Team
You will be joining our team in Odense, which is responsible for nurturing our industry connections and building our FLA network beyond our Students and Professionals Academies. This is a team consisting of students and young professionals who are dedicated to the FLA mission.
