The Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will work closely with the CEO and commercial teams to ensure partnerships for FLA Leadership.
Your core focus will be on generating and closing B2B partnerships for FLA’s leadership programs in Copenhagen.
This is a hands-on, commission-based role where your ability to open doors, build trust, and convert opportunities directly drives both impact and revenue.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively build and manage your own B2B prospect pipeline
- Conduct structured outreach to HR, Talent, and leadership stakeholders
- Qualify companies and assess fit for FLA’s leadership programs
- Book and attend partnership meetings
- Present FLA’s value proposition clearly and compellingly
- Follow up consistently and drive opportunities toward closing
- Collaborate closely with the CEO on larger or strategic accounts
Time Commitment
Approximately 15 hours per week, depending on ongoing initiatives.
This is a commission-based role, where compensation is directly linked to the partnerships you create and close. The role is ideal for someone motivated by performance and impact.
