Who are we?
FLA Leadership is a nonprofit leadership accelerator working to increase cognitive diversity in top management. We develop aspiring talents early in their careers by inspiring, educating, and connecting them with the right network. Through our academies, community, and global engagement, we empower young leaders to step confidently into their first leadership role.
Since launching our first Academy in 2020, we have supported more than 10,000 students and professionals in accelerating their leadership journeys. Our mission is simple: to democratize leadership opportunities and increase diversity in top management.
The Team
You’ll join our Tech Team, a group of passionate young professionals volunteering at FLA to deliver high-quality system maintenance, development and supporting the organisation with ongoing tasks. You’ll also collaborate with other FLA teams across Denmark and Europe.
The Role
As our Tech Consultant, you’ll help plan and deliver technical support to all teams within FLA. You’ll be involved in:
- Delivering and handle support cases
- Solving technical issues that might occur
- Monitoring our systems
- Be part of the process of introducing AI to the organisation
- Gain experience in the area for CV
You’ll also work closely with other teams, including event, academy and the operations Team, to ensure alignment and visibility of the offers we have within the wider FLA network.
Who are you?
You’re a curious, tech-savvy, and a person with a “can-do” attitude. You enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are excited to contribute to a mission-led organisation.
We value experience in CSS/ Java/ HTML, troubleshooting tech issues, or website development, but above all, we value enthusiasm, ownership, and a genuine interest in developing your technical skills and how to communicate on those issues and ongoing cases with the different teams. Little-to-no hard coding will be relevant, but knowledge of basics is a plus.
Time Commitment
Approximately 5-10 hours per week, depending on the workload and your schedule. This may vary during academy creation periods.
